Walter E. Rose
President & CEOHis Story: Walter Rose acts as the catalyst for transactions and advises portfolio companies on key initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to founding Valencia Capital, LLC, Walter was President and CEO of Rostra Technologies, which he founded in 1982 for the purpose of acquiring manufacturing companies. Rostra Technologies acquired a number of companies under Walter’s direction, including International Foils, Gibraltar Packaging Group, Rostra Precision Controls, Rostra Tool and Rostra Vernatherm. In each case the acquired company was built up through organic growth and synergistic add-on acquisitions.
Prior to founding Rostra Technologies, Walter ran major divisions and companies for ITT and Thomas Tilling Inc.

Education: Walter Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and received his M.B.A. from New York University.

Jessica R. Brack

Currently a senior executive at 2U, an education technology company with a very successful initial public offering in 2014, Jessica has a track record of successfully executing strategies for launch, improvement and growth that achieve measurable (not to mention impressive!) outcomes.
Jessica began her career at IBM, where she launched and grew several product lines while implementing business improvement strategies. She then worked across multiple industries as a consultant, with Ernst & Young and later Cap Gemini Consulting, two of the largest management consultancies in the world.
Wheelhouse: Spearheading new programs and products, helping businesses run smoothly and bringing order to chaos.
Education: Jessica Brack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and received her M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.

William E. Rose
PartnerHis Story: William Rose has more than 25 years of experience in corporate marketing with a strong expertise in re-branding, e-marketing, consumer acquisition strategies and marketing process improvement. Will is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Verosity Marketing.
Formerly, William headed up Catalina Marketing, which operates one of the world’s largest consumer transaction databases. William also acted as Vice President of Marketing for Knaack Manufacturing and Director of Product Development and Internet Marketing for ClosetMaid.
Wheelhouse: Infusing creative energy, spearheading sophisticated marketing practices and identifying growth opportunities.
Education: William Rose holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University.
Extras: Currently an instructor for the groundbreaking MBA@UNC program at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, William is also an advisory board member of University of South Florida’s Entrepreneurship Program and a member of USF Connect’s Council of Professionals. William is conversant in French and has traveled extensively in Europe as well as Asia and Central America.

Delivering top-flight services to private companies and agencies has lent Kim an insider’s perspective on how a variety of organizations function, while honing her ability to zero in on what matters most and identify key opportunities in record time.
Kim is currently the Director of Studio Operations for Tommy Hilfiger. Formerly, she served as the respective Production/Project Manager for brands as diverse as Cole Haan, Mercedes Benz and Wenner Media.
